Note: OMG, this was awesome. I am totally making for my family no thanksgiving. It was super sweet, never would have thought you would be getting veggies in.
- 1/2 acorn squash
- apple, cut in chunks
- optional toppings: cinnamon, nutmeg, stevia, sugar free maple syrup, butter buds, vanilla extract
Directions: Cut acorn squash in 1/2. Hollow out inside. Mix apple with cinnamon, nutmeg, stevia, maple syrup. Put apple mix in the middle of squash and bake in oven for 20 minutes until soft.
