VitaTop Fudgy PB Cup Muffin and Sweet Maple Cinnamon Eggs

Note: This breakfast was post workout.

Fudgy PB Cup Muffin: Again, this was a supermoist top. I can't believe how good they are for only 100 calories. This flavor was definitely more chocolatey than peanut butter flavored. But, it was super yummy. I added some better 'n peanut butter on top. I also served with a side of maple cinnamon eggs. Again, another flavor I would recommend! definitely goes good with peanut butter, although yummy on it's own!

Ingredients:
muffin:
- Vita Top (choc pb cup)
- 1/2 tablespoon better 'n peanut butter
eggs:
- 4 egg whites
- cinnamon
- maple syrup
- stevia

Directions: Spread PB on vitatop. mix egg whites, cinnamon and stevia. Cook in micro for 2 minutes. Add maple syrup. Serve with maple syrup and vitatop with pb topping.
